SEO Content Writing
Search-led content that earns rankings and trust — written by humans who understand intent, edited for E-E-A-T, and shipped on a steady editorial cadence you can plan around.
Content built for search and humans — not just one or the other
Most "SEO content" is either keyword-stuffed and unreadable, or beautifully written and invisible in search. We do neither. Every piece starts from intent — what someone actually wants when they search a query — and is then engineered to satisfy that intent better than the current top-10 result.
We don't use AI to write your articles. We use AI to accelerate research, outline drafts, and run quality checks — but every published word is written and edited by a human who knows the subject. The result reads like an expert wrote it, because one did.
What's included
Keyword research
Intent-mapped keyword lists with volume, difficulty, and SERP analysis. Cluster-based, not flat lists.
Content briefs
Detailed briefs covering intent, target keywords, headings, FAQs, internal links, and competitor gaps.
Long-form articles
1,500–3,500 word blog posts and guides — fact-checked, original, and optimized for featured snippets.
Pillar & cluster pages
Topic-cluster architecture with strong pillar pages and supporting articles, fully interlinked.
Product & collection copy
Shopify product descriptions and collection page copy that convert and rank for commercial-intent queries.
Editorial calendar
Quarterly editorial plan tied to your topic clusters, business goals, and seasonal demand.
Typical deliverables
- Keyword + topic cluster research deck (one-time)
- Detailed brief for every article — handed to your team or used internally
- Final article in Google Docs + ready-to-publish HTML / Markdown / Shopify-formatted
- Custom hero / inline imagery suggestions (we don't supply photography)
- Monthly performance report: indexed pages, impressions, clicks, top queries
- Quarterly editorial calendar review and adjustment
How we work
Onboarding and brand voice
We learn your products, audience, and tone, then lock a brand voice doc and approve writing samples before anything scales.
Content strategy sprint
A fixed-price two-week sprint produces keyword research, topic clusters, and a 90-day editorial plan you own outright.
Monthly production retainer
Briefs, drafts, and edits ship on a defined cadence — typically 4–12 articles per month, or the equivalent in product copy.
Measure and adjust
Monthly reports track indexed pages, impressions, and clicks; the editorial calendar is reviewed and re-weighted every quarter.

FAQ
Do you write with AI?
No. We use AI tools for research, outlining, and quality checks (grammar, readability, schema), but no published article is AI-generated. Google's spam policies and our own quality bar both rule it out.
What industries do you cover?
E-commerce (especially Shopify), SaaS, B2B tech, finance, and lifestyle/DTC brands. We're cautious about medical, legal, and YMYL topics — we'll only take those on if you have an in-house subject-matter expert we can interview.
Will the content sound like our brand?
Yes. Onboarding includes a brand voice doc — we capture tone, vocabulary, do's and don'ts, and run samples for approval before scaling output.
What if I already have a content team?
Most clients do. Two common setups: (1) we deliver briefs and your team writes, (2) we deliver fully written drafts and your team edits and publishes. Either works.
How long until rankings move?
New content typically indexes within days and starts ranking on long-tail queries in 4–8 weeks. Competitive head terms take 4–9 months of consistent publishing and internal linking, sometimes longer for high-DR niches.
Can you publish directly to our CMS?
Yes. We routinely publish into Shopify blogs, WordPress, Webflow, and headless setups — formatted, internally linked, and with metadata in place. If you prefer to keep publishing in-house, we deliver ready-to-paste HTML or Markdown instead.
