SEO Technical Services

The unglamorous, high-leverage work that actually moves rankings — crawl budget, rendering, structured data, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals — implemented by engineers who can also ship the fix.

SEO is an engineering problem first

Most "SEO audits" arrive as a 60-page PDF that lists issues and then disappears into a dev backlog forever. We do it differently: we audit, prioritize by traffic impact, and then we ship the fixes ourselves — directly into your Shopify theme, your Next.js app, or your CMS.

Every recommendation is tied to a real metric (impressions, clicks, indexed pages, rendering errors), and every change is measured against it. If we can't prove the impact, we don't bill for the work.

What's included

Technical SEO audit

Crawl with Screaming Frog + Sitebulb, cross-referenced with GSC and log data. Prioritized fix list.

Schema.org markup

Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Organization, LocalBusiness — implemented as JSON-LD and validated.

JavaScript SEO

Render-blocking, hydration, and indexation issues for React, Vue, and Hydrogen storefronts.

International SEO

hreflang, ccTLD vs. subfolder strategy, geo-targeting in GSC, and multilingual structured data.

Log file analysis

Server log analysis to find Googlebot waste, crawl traps, and pages that never get visited.

Core Web Vitals

LCP, CLS, and INP tuning, monitored via CrUX and synthetic tests, until the URL group passes.

Typical deliverables

  • Prioritized audit doc tied to business KPIs, not vanity issues
  • Implementation of every Priority 1 / Priority 2 finding
  • Schema.org JSON-LD validated against Rich Results Test & schema.org validator
  • GSC + Looker Studio dashboard tracking impressions, clicks, position, and indexed URLs
  • Monthly report on what changed, what improved, and what's next

How we work

Fixed-price audit

A 2–3 week technical audit — full crawl, GSC data, and server logs — prioritized by traffic impact rather than issue count.

Report and proposal

The audit ends with a written report and a scoped implementation proposal, so you know exactly what gets fixed, in what order, and why.

Implementation retainer

We ship the fixes ourselves on a monthly retainer with a defined sprint backlog — schema, rendering, indexation, and CWV changes go straight into your codebase.

Measure and report

Every change is tracked in a GSC + Looker Studio dashboard with a monthly report — and you keep a clean exit at any 30-day mark.

FAQ

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. We guarantee the work — the crawl health, the schema validity, the Core Web Vitals scores — because those are what we control. Rankings follow when the technical foundation is right, but they also depend on content, links, and Google's algorithm.

What CMS / platforms do you support?

Shopify and Shopify Plus first. Also strong on Next.js / Hydrogen / Remix, WordPress, Webflow, and headless setups (Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok). We're cautious about Wix / Squarespace — possible but limited.

Will you work with our existing in-house SEO or content team?

Yes — most of our clients have one. We're the technical execution layer underneath. We integrate with your sprint cadence, tooling, and reporting.

How long until we see results?

Technical fixes (CWV, indexation, schema) often show in GSC within 2–6 weeks. Ranking changes from improved crawl efficiency typically take 2–4 months to fully play out, depending on site size and authority.

What access do you need to get started?

For the audit: Google Search Console, analytics, and ideally server logs — all read-only. For implementation we follow your normal engineering process: a repository branch, pull requests, and a staging environment before anything reaches production.
